Plotting & Capstone

Students completing a Capstone Project can use the Gina Cody School plotting service to print their presentation posters.

Book a plotting appointment

To request an appointment, complete and submit the Plotting reservation request form.

Before requesting an appointment, you can check plotter availability:

Capstone presentations

Capstone poster presentations are held annually at the end of March. To accommodate this period, the plotters are reserved for Capstone printing for up to 10 days before the final presentations.

After submitting the reservation form, you'll receive an automatic email confirming that your request has been added to the queue. The ticket number in the subject line is your reference number.

Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a follow-up email confirming your booking or proposing an alternate time.
