Dr John Borgonovo is a historian of modern Ireland and a Lecturer at University College Cork. His research focuses on Revolutionary Ireland (1914-1923) and includes numerous monographs, academic articles, and book chapters.  He was also a co-editor of the award-winning Atlas of the Irish Revolution, and he frequently appears on Irish television and radio.
