Communication Studies Student Association
The COMS Guild is committed to enhancing the academic and social experience of students in the Communication Studies Department at Concordia University. They keep students informed of internship and employment opportunities, as well as of related community, social and academic events.
The Guild is also very proud to participate in coordinating of numerous events geared towards the Communication Studies student body such as: PRODFEST, Frosh, Speakers series, Mentor night, and Film competitions.

Media Studies Student Association
The Media Studies Student Association is focuses on quality of academic life and support for graduate students in the MA in Media Studies program. We represent our students at all tiers of university administration, seeking to engage faculty and administrator in beneficial dialogue to improve resources for our students. We also organize social and academic events with our students in mind to ensure a solid academic foundation. In the past, such events have included socials and our first annual MA student conference, "Small Packages".
Communication Studies PhD Association
The Communication Studies PhD Association is committed to enhancing the academic and social experience of students in the department. We serve as a liaison between the PhD body and faculty, staff, other departments, students, organizations, and the GSA. We also help to promote conviviality among students and plan events throughout the year! Be on the look out for announcements of General Assemblies where we meet to discuss important issues facing us as doctoral students.
