MI Annex

Building overview

Built in 1891, this red sandstone house was designed in the Richardsonian Romanesque style with bay windows, ironwork and a bold gabled roof. Concordia acquired it in 1971.

Once a private home, today the MI Annex hosts union offices.

Building accessibility

This building is not accessible. It is not equipped with an accessibility ramp, automated door, elevator or wheelchair lift.
