Receipt of payment request

Take note of the following when requesting a receipt for payment:

  • The ISO provides only one receipt for immigration purposes, not multiple receipts for individual transactions.
  • Receipts are issued based on the most current estimation letter.
  • Review the estimation letter for your program before making a payment to check for any fee changes.
  • Payments must appear in your student account before we can issue a receipt
    • Check your student account before requesting a receipt.
  • Processing a request takes 5–7 business days.
  • Receipts will include the amounts paid and the first-year amount from your program's estimation letter.
  • This receipt is provided free of charge.

If your admission is deferred to another term, you may request a revised receipt after the deferral is processed.

How to request your receipt

Email iso@concordia.ca to request your receipt of payment. Be sure to include your student ID number in your email.
