Receipt of payment request
Take note of the following when requesting a receipt for payment:
- The ISO provides only one receipt for immigration purposes, not multiple receipts for individual transactions.
- Receipts are issued based on the most current estimation letter.
- Review the estimation letter for your program before making a payment to check for any fee changes.
- Payments must appear in your student account before we can issue a receipt
- Check your student account before requesting a receipt.
- Processing a request takes 5–7 business days.
- Receipts will include the amounts paid and the first-year amount from your program's estimation letter.
- This receipt is provided free of charge.
If your admission is deferred to another term, you may request a revised receipt after the deferral is processed.
How to request your receipt
Email iso@concordia.ca to request your receipt of payment. Be sure to include your student ID number in your email.
About tuition and other fees
These fees are based on How Fees are Billed and the tuition and fee estimator.
These are estimation letters; fees may vary depending on course registration, tuition and/or fee increases and other factors.
