Building overview
Dating back to 1879, the Z Annex is a three-storey Victorian stone house with a distinctive slate mansard roof and bay-window. Decorative woodwork and stone engravings highlight its original craftsmanship.
Formerly a private residence, the building was acquired by Concordia in 1969 and now supports student services and office functions.
