Building overview
Built in 1894, this red sandstone townhouse features ornate stonework and a three-storey bay window. Over time, it housed offices, restaurants and cafés.
In 2019, Concordia converted the building into a daycare and nursery for the Concordia Student Union. While the interior has evolved, many original architectural features remain visible from the street.
