Running in Spirit
12 – 1 p.m.
This is a movement club focused on wellness rather than performance. There will be an optional opportunity to connect online at the beginning and end of the x-PEER-ience to meet all of those who are joining for the day. 

The "Art" of Self-care
6 – 8 p.m.
Making art and working with our hands can help us recharge and re-centre - even when we are busy and tired. Taking an art break can be a great way to come together and help us connect, unwind and express ourselves.

When we are caring for others it can be hard to find the time and ways to take care of ourselves. Making art and working with our hands can help us recharge and re-center, even when we are busy and tired. Taking an art break can be a great way to come together and help us connect, unwind and express ourselves.

Healthy Movement with Riley
3:30 – 4 p.m. 
Join Riley Grant, fitness instructor and osteopath LIVE on @CUStudentexperience Instagram page for a body weight fitness class. As an osteopath, Riley will guide you in a 30-minute safe and healthy movement practice from a body positive lens. You will not need any equipment! Share this class with friends and invite your housemates to join so you can get all of the physical and mental benefits of moving together.

Danc'Zen: Swinging to Joy
12:15 – 12:55 p.m.
Through exploring contemporary and jazz dance elements, we will connect with joy, let go of tension from the day, and move to fun rhythms.

Join our volunteer Grandmas for intergenerational active listening! Kit, Micheline, and Germaine, having lived a wide variety of life experiences, are passionate about mindfulness and well-being and are excited to connect with students. Drop-in and say hello!

Danc'Zen: Dance/Movement Therapy
4:15 – 4:55 p.m.
Come and explore the possibility of using certain movements and dance to nourish yourself, feel connected to ourselves and others, and have fun.

Start the weekend right with and channel your energy in this feel-good hip hop class, open to all levels. We'll learn some old school hip hop grooves that will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.
