Two of the most common barriers to healthy eating identified by students are lack of time and lack of money.

In this workshop, you will learn what a healthy diet looks like and discover strategies to eat healthfully when you have little time to prepare food or a limited budget for grocery shopping.

Learning objectives

In this workshop you will learn:

  1. The qualities of a healthy diet
  2. Strategies to eat healthfully when you don’t have a lot of time
  3. Strategies to eat healthfully with a limited grocery budget

This workshop is being offered through GradProSkills, but as there is space remaining, we are inviting undergrads to join; we will all learn together!

Grad students: register through the GradProSkills portal.
Undergrads: e-mail to register and get the Zoom link.

Facilitator: This workshop is led by Sandra Clermont-Pierre from Concordia's Health Services.
