First you must register for the GradProSkills webinar before the registration deadline.

One day prior to the webinar date you will receive an email with the Zoom classroom login instructions. It will be sent to the email address you have on file in your Student Centre. You must login to our online classroom using the name on your student account to be counted as attended. Please note, it is possible that our instructional email is filtered to your spam/promotion folder.

One day prior to the webinar date you should have received an email with the zoom classroom login instructions. Common reasons for not receiving the email include:

  • Incomplete registration: Confirm that the workshop is in your GradProSkills portal.
  • Filtered into you spam/promotional folder: Webinar instructions are sent by gradproskills@concordia.ca. Please ensure this address is added to your safe sender list.
  • Wrong email: Webinar instructions are sent to the email you have identified as your primary email in your student centre. Please confirm you are checking the correct email account.

If you are still unable to locate the webinar instructions, please contact us

In an effort to create a safe classroom where participants feel comfortable sharing their experience, and to protect the copyright of our materials, we do not record our webinars, unless otherwise stated at the beginning of the webinar.  Similarly, participants are not permitted to record in-person workshops or screen-record our webinars.

If you have accessibility needs that require you to have a recording, please contact us prior to the workshop to discuss how we can accommodate your request.

For the majority of our workshops, we do share PowerPoint slides and handouts after the workshop.

Your GradProSkills record of participation lists your participation in GradProSkills workshops. The GradProSkills record can be included in annual progress reviews with your graduate program supervisor, shown to a professor who requires proof that you have participated in a GradProSkills workshop, or on employment and scholarship applications.

If you require an official certified version of your GradProSkills record, please contact us. Remember to include your student number.

If you require an official, certified copy this record, please contact our office atgradproskills@concordia.ca.

E-mail us your workshop suggestions at gradproskills@concordia.ca.

The best way to make sure that we have a record of our correspondence and that you are directed to the appropriate person is to email us (gradproskills@concordia.ca). In the body of the email, please include your full namestudent ID, and any relevant workshop codes related to your enquiry. Please allow up to three full business days for us to respond to you.

You can also book an appointment with us in person or online.
