How do you build a Next-Generation health institution?
You start by bringing researchers together. You combine talent from across disciplines and you engage with citizens, community groups, and other stakeholders to further research and expand training capabilities. This is the vision for the Concordia School of Health.
By leveraging our existing base of high-quality and wide-ranging researchers, the next major evolution of Concordia will provide an intersection of expertise that fosters biomedical innovation while tackling some of the most complex health issues facing individuals and communities today.

From clinical engagement to advancing tomorrow's treatments
The School of Health will establish three strategic hubs:
- Community health
- Clinical research and prevention
- Biomedical science and engineering research
The hubs will promote overlapping research between each section.
Whether it’s related to sleep, mental health, addiction, healthy aging, nutrition or new medical technologies, Concordia is working to address fundamental human health challenges — advancing research beyond the lab for the benefit of everyday citizens.
