Unique in Canada, our Genome Foundry is a pioneering facility that employs innovative robotics to enable synthetic biologists to execute DNA assembly, microbial phenotyping and cell engineering at significant scales and speeds. 

Dedicated to the arts, culture and technology, this interdisciplinary institute encourages creative exploration and cross-disciplinary research to transform our relationship with technology.

This multidisciplinary centre houses our new School of Health, labs, conditioning equipment and functional assessment suites dedicated to health research. 

Our modern libraries feature bright study spaces, a technology sandbox, visualization studio, dedicated support for graduate students, and much more.
