Ongoing dialogue with your Graduate Program Director on best practices and funding strategy in your department, plus coaching for the supervisors writing your reference letters.

Internal adjudication & selection

Coordination of institutional adjudication committees for the internal pre-selection of candidates — making sure your application moves through a fair and timely process aligned with agency requirements.

Award administration & disbursement

Management of multiple award competitions, from intake to disbursement. You receive your payments on time and in full compliance with agency and university requirements.
