Upon admission, incoming Canadian non-thesis-based master's students who were not a resident of Quebec will automatically receive this Out of Province Tuition Fee Reduction award. This award specifically aims to help reduce the tuition fees for out-of-province students.

  • You must be an out-of-province student, meaning that you are not a resident of Quebec.

Application and selection

As a prospective master's student seeking to benefit from the Out of Province Award, you are advised to submit your admission application early, as the award application is integrated into the admission process. There is no separate application specifically for the Out of Province Awards.

Disbursement process

  • Distributed over three terms.
  • Award payments are issued five (5) working days after the DNE date of each term, once full-time registration is confirmed, unless otherwise specified in your award notification.
