The recommendations from each working group are based on interviews, feedback, research and consultations, and will guide the next steps in the process of moving towards the future we envision.

The recommendations of the Future Concordia working groups are being put into action. Concordia has adopted flexible hybrid guidelines for staff as recommended by the Future of Work, workplace and workforce working group.
