A century ago, nearly all seafood was wild. Today, half of it is farmed, and in the next ten years, cell-cultured and vegan seafood may well replaced the other half. In this companion talk to his New York Times bestseller by the same name, Paul Greenberg will discuss with Liz Miller (Communication Studies) and James Grant and Brian Gallagher (BIology) how we tamed the sea and what the future holds for our last wild food.
