Daniel began his career in financial services over 25 years ago. Throughout the years, he has been involved in capital raising, product development and executive leadership across a variety of national and global firms. He started his career at Standard Life Portfolio Management and progressed to RBC Global Asset Mgmt, where he led the Consulting Solutions Group; Lazard Asset Management, where he established their Canadian operation. Following Lazard, he became President and CEO of a family office, investing in renewable energy, aerospace and healthcare industries. Most recently, he was Senior Vice-President, Global Business Development at Nuveen Investments of Chicago, leading their expansion efforts outside the United States. Today, he is SVP & Head of Sales and Marketing at Trez Capital, one of Canada’s leading real estate investment firms.
He is equally a seasoned conference speaker, often sharing his insights to the nations institutional investors. He spends his free time skiing, reading and travelling to Europe.
