The Department of Economics is proud of its research efforts and its collaboration with other universities.

Economics working papers

RePEc (Research Papers in Economics) is a collaborative effort of hundreds of volunteers in 63 countries to enhance the dissemination of research in economics. The heart of the project is a decentralized database of working papers, journal articles and software components. All RePEc material is freely available.

Research institutes

CIREQ (Centre Interuniversitaire de Recherche en Économie Quantitative) is a joint research centre of UdeM, McGill and Concordia focused on economics, hosting events and scholar visits across the three universities. 

CIRANO (Centre for Interuniversity Research and Analysis on Organizations)  is an inter-university centre connecting top researchers with organizations to improve efficiency through research and knowledge transfer.
