Denis Faubert Doctoral Fellowship

Named in honour of Dr. Denis Faubert, this fellowship is awarded to the Volt-Age doctoral applicant with the highest GPA whose research most closely aligns with Dr. Faubert’s pioneering work in defence, energy, and aerospace innovation.

Dr. Faubert’s distinguished career spans both public and private sectors, including leadership roles as CEO of CRIAQ and CARIC, General Manager of Hydro-Québec’s Research Institute (IREQ), and Scientific Advisor to the Canadian Armed Forces. A passionate advocate for collaborative R&D, he continues to shape Canada’s innovation landscape as an advisor to Scale AI.
