Jodi Proctor is a Hatha yoga teacher educated at Naada Yoga Montreal (200hr) who holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from McGill University, has specialized training in Trauma Informed Yoga through the Yoga Mala Foundation, and training in Trauma-informed Care from the Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTCH). She is a firm believer in the positive impact of breath work, mindful movement, and meditation on our mental health.
