The current COVID-19 pandemic has deeply affected most spheres of our lives. For many, this includes job security, overall career direction, and job search plans. Many Canadians have temporarily been laid off, forced to modify their roles, or decided to change career paths to adjust to our new circumstances.

Led by Jessica Gohier, BA 09, this series of two webinars has been structured to help you prepare and navigate the often daunting task of kickstarting your job search.

In this two-part webinar, you will be guided in how to:

  • Define your job-search objectives
  • Update and solidify your LinkedIn profile
  • Leverage LinkedIn to build your network
  • Understand job-search strategies and proper interview prep
  • Understand the role of agencies, ATS systems and what recruiters look for
  • Optimize online resources
