Jurist-in-residence Morton S. Minc invites you to a conversation with the Honourable Jean-Louis Baudouin, an internationally renowned legal scholar and former judge of the Court of Appeal of Quebec.

The conference and discussion will focus on a practical analysis of the relationship between jurisprudence and science such as assisted reproduction and surrogate mothers.

Should the monitoring of science necessarily be carried out by the legislator or is it better suited to the less restrictive rules of bioethics?
