PEER SUPPORT

Peer Wellness Ambassadors

Wellness Ambassadors are Concordia students like you, trained in peer support and active listening. Connect with them for resources, support and more!

Our services

Join a Peer Wellness Ambassador for active listening and peer support. Wellness Ambassadors can help you talk through an issue, or provide more resources on campus and beyond.

Peer Wellness Ambassadors are trained students, not psychologists or professional counsellors. They will not provide advice or personal opinions. You know your situation best. A Wellness Ambassador will help you explore what you would like to do and suggest potential resources that may be of help.

Questions? Contact wellnessambassadors@concordia.ca

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consult our emergency resources which are specifically equipped for immediate support and crisis response.

In-person peer support

Drop-by our Zen Den locations to talk with a Peer Wellness Ambassador! They can refer you to wellness resources on campus, offer empathetic listening and support, or just hang out and chat.
