What drives the experience of meaning in work, and how can we cultivate it?

My research was inspired by what Dr. John Vervaeke has termed "The Meaning Crisis" — a core driver of anxiety, depression and existential despair around the world. At the root of this crisis is a modern struggle to answer life's most fundamental questions: Why am I here? Who am I? Where am I going?
