Academic advising sessions for Winter 2021

We strongly encourage students in the following departments/program to attend an academic advising session:

  • Building, Civil & Environmental Engineering
  • Computer Science & Software Engineering
  • Electrical & Computer Engineering
  • Mechanical, Industrial and Aerospace Engineering
  • Certificate of Science and Technology

Academic advising schedule

All new undergraduate students admitted at the Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science can choose from four available Zoom advising sessions as follows:

  • Wednesday October 28, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • Monday, November 9, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Monday, December 7, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday, December 16, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Please register for one of these sessions by sending an email to:                                                    sas-fdsk@encs.concordia.ca

Kindly follow the instructions below:

  • Write in the subject line, "Advising session registration"
  • In the body of the email, please include your name, student ID number and what program you were admitted to.

You will be sent the Zoom link by email a few days before the session.

Newly admitted students with post-secondary studies (e.g. previous university studies) or Concordia degree transfer students should review the request for Transfer credits or ExemptionsShould this apply to you, please ensure that you submit the completed form to the School as soon as possible.
