Athletic facilities
- Le Gym will be closed from December 24 to January 8, inclusively.
- The Loyola Gymnasium will be closed from December 23 to January 2, inclusively.
- The Loyola Arena will be closed from December 23 to January 1, inclusively.
- The Stinger Dome will be closed from December 22 to January 12, inclusively.
Birks Student Services & ID cards
- The Birks Student Service Centre will be closed from December 24 until the morning of January 9, 2023.
- You can get a student ID card starting on January 9, 2023. Get the details on the student ID page.
Building access
- Offices, studios and labs will remain accessible at all times for staff, faculty and graduate students. They must present a valid Concordia ID to a security desk to gain access.
- Undergraduate students can collect personal belongings. To remain in a studio, lab or other space, a department lead must submit their name to Campus Security.
- For student clubs or associations, contact the Office of the Dean of Students.
- The metro tunnel between LB and Hall will close at 11 p.m. on December 23. It will reopen at 7 a.m. on January 7.
- If LB doors are locked, please go to the Hall Building for access through the tunnel.
- If MB doors are locked, please go to the EV Building for access through the tunnel.

Campus stores
- The Book Stop and the Art Supply Store will close at 5 p.m. on December 23 and reopen on January 9. Those who order materials on line may receive them over the holidays.
- The Print Store and Card Services will close at 5 p.m. on December 23 and reopen on January 9.
Food services
- Grey Nuns and Buzz dining halls close at 2 p.m. on December 22. They reopen at 5 p.m. on January 2, 2022.
- The LB Starbucks closes at 3 p.m. on December 22 and reopens on January 9.
- The Hingston Café closes at 4 p.m. on December 9 and reopens on January 9.
- Faro Café (SP) closes at 3 p.m. on December 22 and reopens on January 9.
- Le Marché Express (LB) closes at 3 p.m. on December 16 and reopens on January 9.
International students
- The International Students Office is closed December 24 through January 9. For answers to frequently asked questions, visit the FAQ page.
IT Service Desk
- The IITS Service Desk is closed from December 24 to 27 and December 31 to January 1, inclusively.
- For emergencies, staff will monitor incoming online emails at help@concordia.ca on December 28, 29 and 30 and on January 2, 3 and 4.
- Phonelines reopen on January 5 to 8 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and normal hours of operation resume on January 9.
Library
- Concordia's Vanier Library, Webster Library and Grey Nuns Reading Room close at 5 p.m. on December 23.
- They will be closed from December 24 to 26, December 30 to January 2 and January 6 to 8.

New students
The Welcome Crew Mentors are available remotely from December 26 to 30, 2022 and January 2 to 6, 2023, inclusively, to answer all of your new-to-Concordia questions by phone, email, and Zoom appointments from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Please keep in mind mentors can't provide immigration-related advice or advise you on which courses to take.
Remember, you get on-demand access: the live day portion of DISCOVER Concordia Orientation may be over, but you can still access presentations and all the essential info you need over the break until January 15.
Parking
- The parking lot in the J.W. McConnell Building (LB) will be closed from December 24 to January 8, inclusively.
- The parking lot in the Faubourg Building (FB) will be open according to the regular schedule.
- Loyola parking will be open according to the regular schedule.
Shuttle service
- Shuttle bus service will pause between the afternoon of December 23 and January 8 inclusively. The winter schedule comes into effect on January 9.
Wellness and emergency resources
- Health Services' Sir George Williams clinic will be closed December 24 through January 8. Health Services' Loyola clinic will be closed December 22 through January 8. Health Services reopens on January 9.
