This dynamic workshop focuses on the art of delivering powerful prepared speeches. Whether for academic and professional presentations, special occasions, conferences, or public events, you will learn how to plan, structure, and deliver speeches that connect with your audience and leave a lasting impression. Through guided exercises, peer feedback, and real-time practice, you will build confidence in every stage of speech preparation—from ideas to delivery.

You will learn to:

  • Identify the purpose of a prepared speech and tailor content accordingly.
  • Develop a clear structure with an engaging opening, organized main points, and a memorable conclusion.
  • Incorporate storytelling, anecdotes, and rhetorical devices to enhance impact.
  • Use notes, visuals, and timing effectively and without reading or memorizing.
  • Deliver prepared speeches with vocal variety, expressive body language, and strong presence.
  • Incorporate constructive feedback to support ongoing improvement.
