Discover opportunities to fund your Irish Studies journey
The School of Irish Studies offers a wide range of financial support options to help you succeed. Whether you're an undergraduate embarking on a new adventure or a graduate student pursuing advanced research, our awards and scholarships are here to support your academic goals.
Undergraduate students
Explore our funding opportunities, including tuition awards, study grants to Ireland, and entrance scholarships. These benefits are designed to recognize your achievements, enhance your experience and ease your financial burden, so you can focus your passion for learning across many disciplines – all in an Irish Studies program.
Graduate students
Thanks to the generous support of the Canadian Irish Studies Foundation and its donors, there is substantial funding support for graduate students working in Irish Studies at Concordia. Possible entrance awards are determined by the School in consultation with your graduate program. Ongoing funding (up to two years at the MA level and up to four years at the PhD level) requires a simple application to the School each year.
