New student advising
Newly admitted students must attend the academic advising meetings for new students. You will be contacted by the academic advisor by email.
Be prepared
Prior to your advising session, you should be familiar with the following information:
Students from outside Quebec typically need to take additional science courses during the first year of their program because they did not attend a CEGEP in the province of Quebec. This is referred to as an Extended Credit Program.
These students must take an additional 30 credits to satisfy the requirements of their BSc degrees. This also applies to students classified as Mature Entry Program (MEP) students.
Extended Credit Program students may need to take some or all of the science prerequisite courses listed below.

Returning students must attend the registration advising meetings for the new academic year. Consult Moodle for all advising information before booking an appointment.
Advising appointments
We would like to remind you that our academic advisor is not a general career counsellor and needs to limit advising advice to Health, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology students program issues.
