Alumni ID card
Physical Concordia alumni ID cards are no longer being produced. Existing cards remain valid until the expiry date listed on the card.
Once your alumni ID card has expired, you may request an alumni status confirmation, which provides access to the same services and benefits.
How to get your alumni status confirmation
To receive written confirmation of your alumni status, please complete the request form after you have graduated from Concordia University.
All fields must be completed accurately.
Requests that are incomplete or contain inaccurate information will not be processed. The form should take no more than five minutes to complete.
All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
Your confirmation will be emailed to you approximately 10 business days after submitting the form. We cannot complete the request if any information is missing.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, if you have completed at least 30 credits and have not been enrolled in courses for at least one year, you are considered an attendee: a non-graduate with full alumni privileges.
Your Concordia alumni status is lifelong and does not expire.
The five‑year expiry applies only to the alumni status confirmation letter. Renewing it helps us keep you informed about alumni news, events, and benefits.
