The Quebec government determines tuition rates based on who you are and where you live.
Implications of announced tuition changes
The Quebec government plans to increase tuition rates for some students from outside Quebec starting in fall 2024. Understand whether these measures apply to you.

Government loans
Our Financial Aid and Awards Office is here to help as you apply for student loans, with support for Canadian provincial, federal and U.S. loans too.
Scholarships, bursaries and other awards
All applicants are automatically considered for entrance scholarships. Depending on your financial situation, you may also be eligible to apply for a bursary.
For international students
Tuition and fees at Concordia are relatively low, which is a big draw for many of our students. We do have some financial awards for international students!
French classes cost less
All students from outside Quebec benefit from reduced fees for French classes.
Paid internships
Many programs offer the chance to do full-time work in fields relevant to your field of study, while earning credit towards your degree.
Find a job on campus
Concordia students work at the Bookstore, in IT support, and at alumni events, just to name a few examples!
Work-study
This program, for students in financial need, lets you work up to 20 hours a week in administrative, research or technical positions at Concordia.
