Learning Labs

Fast-paced, hands-on, participative experiences that bring the knowledge on key pressing sustainability issues to the forefront in webinars delivered by experts from around the world.

Each Learning Lab will have brainstorming sessions and opportunities for building awareness and knowledge-sharing.

Nine Learning Lab series per year are developed and delivered to members of the CFA Institute community, PRI-Quebec, CPA Canada, RIA, PRMIA, SASB, FRM, FSI, universities, investment firms, and government and non-government initiatives.

Task forces, providers or frameworks and processes, and authoritative bodies are invited to present their content in order to educate stakeholders.

This session introduces viewers to the data available through CDP, and its use cases. You'll also learn about science-based targets and ACT as a forward-looking approach, and understand how to measure a portfolio's carbon footprint and different ways to track carbon performance. By the end of the session, you'll understand the different use cases of various GHG reporting and accounting methodologies and be familiarized with Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
