Network Maintenance (Phone services): May 25

IITS will be performing system maintenance on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 between 6:00 a.m – 7:30 a.m.
There will be intermittent interruption of the following services during this time:
• Phone service (including desk phones, analog devices, and softphones).
• Web access to Cisco Unified communication SelfCare Portal (phone configuration webpage).
• CiscoPCA Tool and Voicemail IMAP connection.
