Not a classroom emergency?
Whichever method you use, mention that you are from Fine Arts and provide your netname. This will expedite the central IT team to put your ticket in the Fine Arts queue.

- Email help@concordia.ca but provide as much detailed information as possible with screenshots, etc.
Provide complete information whatever the contact option.
- Your netname
- Phone number where you can be contacted
- Computer type (Mac or Windows PC)
- Error description – Provide context and error description – What were you doing and what happened?
