Orientation Session for New Students!
Welcome to the History Department!
For all new students starting fall 2022, before you can register for classes, you must attend a FAS Touchstone Orientation session. The FAS Touchstone is a virtual general advising session offered in collaboration with all departments in the faculty of Arts and Science.
Review the Touchstone presentation dates and register for the History Department specific date.
Make sure that your confirmed booking is saved in your online calendar or written in your agenda.
What happens after?
- After you attend the FAS Touchstone presentation, a registration restriction that prevents you from registering will be removed within a few days.
- Review your required courses and course sequencing, and enroll into your classes!
- Make sure that you register by your registration date or as soon as possible after the restriction is removed (the longer you wait, the harder it will be to get the courses you need/want).
