Using new technology can be both challenging and exciting. Embracing change and using AI ethically is a critical skill we all need to develop in the university and beyond. This 2 hour workshop will help undergrad and grad students gain a broader understanding of the basics of generative artificial intelligence software (like ChatGPT), its many helpful functions and the potential pitfalls surrounding its use in academic writing.
