Imagine you are at work (internship, new opportunity, old job with new colleagues etc.) and your workload has suddenly increased, or a project you were working on was given to another colleague, or you hear targeted comments about you. How do you react and then deal with these? There may be recourses at work, but you have control over setting your limits. The boundaries that we define for ourselves teach others how to treat and engage with us. In this workshop, we first begin by looking at our boundaries and challenges we hold (e.g., saying “No”). Then, we move to using real examples and collaboratively imagining ways to react.
