Great careers and lifestyles, like great gardens, don’t just happen – they are the result of careful planning, planting, weeding, trimming and coaxing.
In this workshop, you will learn from research, case studies, examples and exercises how you can create a rewarding, meaningful, and flourishing career. You will identify your personal and personal and professional priorities and goals, learn how to shift your current situation to better reflect your talents and preferences, and create a professional development plan. You will leave feeling clearer on how you can shape your career, over time, into the garden of your dreams.
