Executive Chef Julio has been with Aramark since 2015 and he is currently assigned to the L’Oréal Canada operations. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Julio is an innovative and passionate Chef that prides himself on his hispanic roots.

The field of Hospitality Services and dining is a natural fit for Chef Julio. His profesionnal training was completed in Mexico City at the Centro Culinario Ambrosia in the field of Culinary Arts. His experiences have taken him from Mexico to Spain to Canada, where he has since settled with his family.

Chef Julio is a foodie at heart — inspired by the traditions of his heritage and his innate ability to adapt his culinary style to the dining needs of his clients in today’s quickly evolving culinary landscape. He believes in wholesome, fresh and authentic products to create delectable dishes that tantalize the palate! He is motivated by the simplicity of products that once combined are a festival of flavours. A big warm welcome to Chef Julio.
