With over 25 years of experience in food preparation and culinary creation, Chef Gabriele’s impressive accolades include three Regional Ace Culinary Events and Competition medals, and a coveted American Culinary Federation Silver medal.
His culinary philosophy: “A chef has a knack for bringing out the full flavour of every ingredient used.” Chef Gabriele has worked alongside legendary chefs including Jean-Pierre Curtat and Richard Witick; in fact, his cuisine is inspired by world-renowned master chef Susur Lee, who appeared on Iron Chef.
Each of these mentorship experiences have changed his relationship to food, sharpened his sense of detail and developed his desire to showcase food in its most optimal light. His family life also imposed the need to rethink his culinary approach. As a father of four children, he is challenged daily with the need to please a variety of tastes, including vegetarian and vegan dietary options.
Chef Gabriele is passionate, creative and highly motivated. In addition to his passion for food, he enjoys the simple pleasures of life, and his family is his pivotal source of inspiration and guidance.
