The partnership must have resulted in a new product / process / technology, resulting from an R&D program carried out by the institution for the benefit of the company that successfully integrated and brought it to market. The new product / process / technology must have involved a profitable transfer of expertise from the institution to the company that had an undeniable positive impact on the latter, particularly in terms of technological advancement, improvement of competitive positioning, productivity growth and sales.
