The innovation presented must have a positive impact on society and help improve the quality of life of human beings. It must also correspond to the fundamental values ​​of the engineer, namely competence, responsibility, social commitment and a sense of ethics. This achievement by an engineer or by a team may be provincial or regional in scope and must have been carried out within the past two years.
