Project management basics, part 1 - Online

Projects - both academic and professional - need a structure to succeed. But what does that structure look like? Learning project management basics can help you to organize your work and collaborate well with others. In this workshop, we will explore best practices for leading a project in a way that keeps everyone aligned on their goals while providing visibility on progress. At the end of the session, we will share information on project management certifications you can pursue to become an accredited project manager.
