The Coping with Anxiety Workshop Series is an online educational and interactive series of workshops intended for students who struggle with anxiety and who are registered with the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities.

What would it feel like to stop striving to be better, to stop comparing ourselves to others, and to stop criticizing ourselves for how we think and feel? What would it feel like to accept yourself with all your successes AND failures? That's what this workshop is all about.

We will talk about noticing and observing the stories we tell ourselves and how we judge ourselves. We will experiment with accepting aspects of ourselves for the purposes of growth and having a life more in line with our values and who we authentically are. I will share techniques and practices to help you do what matters most despite the anxiety that may come along with it.

Facilitator: Dr. Moire Stevenson, Lead for Disability Accommodations (ACSD) and Clinical Psychologist
