Alumni

Graduates of the Department of Applied Human Sciences go on to do work that is both meaningful and deeply connected to the lives of others, bridging knowledge and action. They work alongside individuals, organizations, and communities to support well-being, strengthen relationships, and create more inclusive and caring environments and systems in fields such as community and organizational development, health and wellness, recreation and leisure, and health and social services addressing the complex challenges we face. No matter what the context, their work is grounded in respect, partnership, and a genuine commitment to positive change. For students entering the program, this is an invitation to grow not only as a learner, but as a thoughtful and engaged contributor- someone who helps build communities where people can thrive together.
