Human Systems Intervention (MA) 24

Carla Marrouche is a Transformation Manager at Qatar Airways and a proud graduate of the Master’s in Human Systems Intervention program at Concordia University. With over six years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, she transitioned into transformation work after completing her MA, a shift strongly influenced by the systems-thinking, facilitation, and change-leadership foundations she gained through the program.

At Qatar Airways, Carla leads transformation initiatives across multiple business units, focusing on employee experience, process optimization, and Lean capability building. Her work blends analytical thinking with human-centered design, ensuring that change initiatives are both impactful and sustainable.

Beyond her corporate role, Carla is a dynamic facilitator, public speaker, and educator. She has delivered workshops on mental health, cultural intelligence, career development, and empowerment, and is deeply committed to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential.

Carla credits the Human Systems Intervention program for reshaping the way she sees organizations, relationships, and change. The program strengthened her ability to work with complexity, lead with empathy, and create meaningful impact—skills that continue to guide her professional and personal journey.
