Overview
Our Team Diagnostic is designed to provide you with straightforward and practical feedback on fifteen attributes known to contribute to the effectiveness of a team.
This tool will help you and your team members answer the following critical questions:
Are we all headed in the same direction and pursuing the same goal?
Do we work well together?
Are we decisive, flexible and learning from the past?
Do we have the right team composition and climate?
Are we informed and well equipped?
The bilingual online questionnaire (English, French) will help your team members evaluate the dimensions that determine how effective they are as a team. Our survey is confidential, easy to complete (15-20 minutes) and includes both quantitative and qualitative questions.
The results are compiled into an intuitive and highly visual report that indicates effectiveness attribute ratings in terms of both proficiency and importance level. It also includes a written comments section along with a shortlist of potential development priorities.
Upon completion, JMEC will analyze and present your team’s results in order to help you better understand where you team is and is not aligned. This makes it easier to subsequently create a custom program that will create real impact.
Target audience:
The team effectiveness assessment is ideal for an entire team of co-workers working together under the same leader. Any level of team – including professionals, frontline managers, middle-managers, directors or senior leaders – will benefit from the team diagnostic. For assessment results to be useful, a minimum of 5 team members + 1 leader is required.

As an ICF-certified executive and leadership coach since 2012, Patrick helps organizations accelerate the acquisition of leadership skills of their managers and senior leaders and enhance the effectiveness of their teams through a blend of coaching, assessments, consulting and group facilitation. His clients span various industry sectors such as: Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Not-for-Profit sector, Telecommunications and Media, Professional Organizations, Pharmaceuticals, IT and High-Tech, etc.
Patrick has worked with small organizations as well as public companies, with local outfits as well as with international corporations. He’s coached professionals, entry-level managers, directors as well as senior leaders and executives. Patrick is fluently bilingual in French and English.
