Initial meeting – approximately 1 hour

Online survey (30 objective questions + 3 qualitative feedback questions) – 15-20 minutes

Preliminary meeting with team lead – approximately 1 hour

Onsite debrief (team effectiveness results and action planning) – 2 hours

Detailed survey report (approx. 30 pages)


$2,950 CAD (+ taxes)*


*Fee covers a standard team of 5-15 members + 1 manager. Additional fees may apply for teams outside of this standard.

Patrick has a diversified background including a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Masters of Sciences along with a Teaching Diploma, an Executive MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.

His 20 years of management experience have provided him with a broad spectrum of practical know-how and expertise gathered at R&D centers, high-tech start-ups, Canadian public companies and international organizations. As an ICF-certified executive and leadership coach since 2012, Patrick helps organizations accelerate the acquisition of leadership skills of their managers and senior leaders and enhance the effectiveness of their teams through a blend of coaching, assessments, consulting and group facilitation. His clients span various industry sectors such as: Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Not-for-Profit sector, Telecommunications and Media, Professional Organizations, Pharmaceuticals, IT and High-Tech, etc.

Patrick has worked with small organizations as well as public companies, with local outfits as well as with international corporations. He’s coached professionals, entry-level managers, directors as well as senior leaders and executives. Patrick is fluently bilingual in French and English. He is also known for his creativity, strong work ethic, dry sense of humor, and his pragmatic and down-to-earth nature – qualities that transpire in his coaching and consulting approach with clients.
