2025 John Molson Career Fair

The John Molson Career Fair is the largest recruitment event organized by Career Management
Services (CMS), bringing together organizations from a wide variety of industries to connect with 
undergraduate and graduate-level business students - all years of study - and recent graduates.
In 2024, the fair welcomed 60+ employers and nearly 800 students/alumni!

DETAILS:

Date: Monday, September 22, 2025
Time: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (set-up begins at 8:30 a.m.)
Location: Le Windsor Ballrooms (1170 Peel Street, Montréal, QC, H3B 4P2)

Your participation includes:

  • One 10 ft x 8 ft kiosk space
  • Draped table (6 ft x 4 ft) and two chairs
  • Continental breakfast and hot lunch for two (2) representatives
  • Company name listed on the Concordia website
  • Company logo featured in select promotional materials (social media, print, web, e-newsletter, and digital screens)

Additional breakfast/lunch vouchers available for purchase.

Registration deadline: August 29, 2025
Cancellations: $150 fee applies to cancellations made on or before August 29, 2025. No refunds after this date.
