Changes to the Group Insurance Plan — effective January 1, 2025
As of January 1, 2025, the Concordia Group Insurance Plan will undergo several modifications. These include the introduction of a new Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and updates to the health and dental care plans.

Tax slips
- If you are a pensioner who worked during the 2024 tax year, your tax slips related to employment income are available in UNITY, and your tax slips related to your pension income will be sent to your registered home address by CIBC via regular mail.
- If you worked during the 2024 tax year but no longer have access to UNITY, your tax slips will be mailed to your registered home address.
- If you are a pensioner who did not work during the 2024 tax year, your tax slips related to taxable benefits are available in UNITY, and your tax slips related to your pension income will be sent to your registered home address by CIBC via regular mail.
