Update:

As of Sunday July 10: Rogers has stated that services have been restored for most customers. They continue to work on the other customers.

As of 5am, July 8: Phone Calls, Text Messages and SMS for Multi Factor Authentication are unavailable due to Rogers Major Telecommunication Outage.

If you have questions or require assistance contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00am and 7:00pm on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends.
